Marie “Celine” Tymczuk, 85 of Huntley, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, January 10, 2018 at White Oaks of Huntley.
She was born March 25, 1932 in Chicago, the daughter of Otto and Mary (Braun) Stordeur. She was united in marriage to Walter Tymczuk and they made their home in Niles for many years. She was an avid Cubs fan, having held season tickets for over 65 years. She was also very active at the Niles Senior Center.
She is survived by her niece, Gloria Faragia and her children and was good friends with the Artinghelli family.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 16th at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Burial will be in Maryhill Cemetery, Niles. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sisters of Providence, 1 Sisters of Providence, Saint Mary of the Woods, Indiana 47876.
