Lois E. Ferstl, 88 of Huntley, died, January 16, 2018
Visitation will be on Sunday from 1-5pm at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00am on Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church. There will also be visitation on Monday at Church from 9am until the time of the funeral Mass. Burial will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Mary Catholic Church or Journeycare Hospice Foundation-405 Lake Zurich Road, Barrington, IL
Lois was born March 17, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Rudolph and Adele Stamm. She married Joseph L. Ferstl on December 2, 1950. Lois lived in Del Webb since 1999. She enjoyed playing bridge and bocci. She had a great devotion to St. Christopher and enjoyed her daily chats with her friend Phyllis.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol A. (Roger) Kaiser, and son, Joseph F. (Laurie) Ferstl and by her 4 grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Brent (Stacey), Heather (Ryan) and two great grandchildren, Bennett and Harper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jospeh.
